Delivery and Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may depend on stock availability, artwork approval, production schedules, public holidays, courier timelines and customer response times. ROYALFORMA will coordinate delivery based on the agreed order details and delivery location.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Customized, branded or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production or procurement has started, unless there is a confirmed defect or error caused by ROYALFORMA or its supplier. Any issue must be reported as soon as possible after receiving the order, with supporting details and photos where relevant.
Customer Artwork and Brand Materials
Customers confirm that they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, names or designs supplied to ROYALFORMA for customization. ROYALFORMA is not responsible for disputes related to artwork or brand materials provided by the customer.
